Amana Living Meadow Springs Village is located just minutes from the coastal city of Mandurah and only a 50 minute train ride to Perth.  

Amana Living Meadow Springs Village is a resort-style village with excellent amenities including a swimming pool, bowling green, and much more. 

The village consists of beautifully appointed two and three-bedroom villas and apartments which offer generous living areas, undercover parking and your own private balcony or courtyard. 

Residents can take part in a variety of organised activities or simply enjoy the tranquil surrounds of your own private and secure home.  Amana Living provide homecare services to residents including Home Care Packages and private fee for service.

Amana Living is proud to be an Anglican aged care organisation.  Our mission or purpose is to ‘excel in providing Christian care and services in Western Australia to people living the second half of life’.

Amana Living is a ‘not for profit’ organisation. This means that we do not have ‘owners’ of the business who make a profit from our activities.  We aim to make surpluses to re-invest in services and care for our residents and clients.
