Living Choice Twin Waters is beautifully located on the Bill Kear Waterway in the award-winning Twin Waters residential community. It’s across the road from the Twin Waters Golf/Tennis Club and a shopping village, where there is a doctor, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shop and restaurant.

From the village there is direct access to a 30-hectare recreational lake where you can enjoy boating and fishing and the unspoilt North Shore Beach and Novotel Twin Waters Resort is a short cycle away.
