Anglicare Rooty Hill Village: Best buddies welcome
When Steve Burnes decided to downsize from his four-bedroom family home in Penrith to Rooty Hill Village, the decision came down to one thing. His dog, Benny.
“I saw a few places which were either too expensive or weren’t pet friendly. When I saw Rooty Hill Village, I knew straight away it would fit the bill. It’s new, it’s close to transport and it has great facilities,” Steve explains. “I liked the fact that we have video intercoms which means visitors can’t just walk into the building.”
“The staff are great too,” he adds. “They’re friendly and nothing ever seems to be a problem.”
Steve is convinced he made the right decision. “I’m happy here. I can spend more time doing what I want and less time on maintaining a big house. I play golf twice a week and get out all the time.”
