About this Property

RFBI Bathurst Masonic Retirement Village

The Community

Independent, active living without home chores or cares

A move to RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village allows you to forget home maintenance, gardening, lawn mowing and the countless tasks that become increasingly burdensome so you can focus on the fun things in life..

Here, you will be able to enjoy a lifestyle as active as you please doing the things you love doing, and then relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Tranquil location close to the action

Your new home at RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village is close to town for convenience but provides a quiet setting to enjoy life in the village.

Bathurst is Australia’s oldest inland settlement and the site of the first gold discovery. Today, it is a vibrant city with a rich cultural heritage evident in the many beautiful buildings that are a reminder of the gold rush and a rich pastoral and manufacturing heritage.

RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village is just a stroll from a huge variety of shops and services. The district is well served by doctors and other health care providers.

If you prefer not to walk, the village bus will take you there or a public bus stop is also conveniently located in front of the village.

Everything you need is right here

At RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village we offer three one-bedroom apartments and eighteen two-bedroom apartments. The four upstairs apartments all have electric stair-lift access, as well as stairs.

All units are carpeted and have their own en-suite bathroom and a vital call service for emergencies, and an emergency response system in installed in all apartments for peace of mind.

The village is fully landscaped and many residents maintain lovely gardens which are judged annually in our popular Spring Garden Festival competition. There are several pleasant walks and places to stop and chat with family or friends or simply relax and read the paper.

The village has a community hall for get-togethers, games and other organised activities. A village bus takes residents on a choice of varied outings. A podiatrist and hairdresser visit the village regularly and can be booked.

Please note that you will need to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.

Additional care when you need it

If you are looking for additional care, our 45-bed residential care village is situated right next door.
