Aura Holding’s third retirement community, the $36 million boutique retirement development, The Atrium Lutwyche in Brisbane’s inner city has begun construction.

 

Retirement and aged care construction company, McNab, has been awarded the build (their second Aura project) which will comprise comprise 60 modern one, two and three bedroom independent living apartments will be home to state-of-the-art community facilities including a rooftop terrace with expansive views, a café, wine room, library, heated indoor pool, as well as easy access to

partner, Five Good Friends for in-home care services if needed.

 

The Atrium Lutwyche will help address the growing gap in the market for quality retirement living in Brisbane’s inner north where retirees can stay connected with family, friends and the local community which is a buzz with restaurants, shops, entertainment, medical facilities and close public transport according to Aura Director Mark Taylor.

 

The Atrium Lutwyche is selling now off the plan from $435,000 - $850,000.
