Sonya Smart (pictured left) has been confirmed as the new CEO of the Melbourne-based Not For Profit, following the recent retirement of Greg Pullen (pictured right).

Previously the CEO of Catholic Homes in Perth for six years, she will now take the lead on the $100M in developments VMCH has in the pipeline.

The 11 projects include a $25M 96-bed aged care facility, a $22M 58-unit retirement village and a $2.5M community services hub at Pakenham.

The provider has also proposed another three developments valued at over $250M.

VMCH currently offers aged care, retirement living and other support services to over 7,000 people across VIC and southern NSW.
