Progressive WA retirement village operator Roger Kwok oversaw the breaking of soil for the first 128 retirement village units of the planned 537 in his Hidden Valley development, 50km north of Melbourne. It will be one of the largest villages in Australia.

Also commencing at the same time is a significant upgrade of the golf course, a $15M clubhouse and 50 resort townhouses to be sold as strata units for investors. The venue will also feature world-class conference and wedding facilities.

The entire project will have a Tuscan theme.

Kwok’s Arcadia Communities has been partnered in this project by Crest Capital Asia from Singapore.

Arcadia is also in a 50/50 joint venture in Qingdao in Shandong province in China, where construction starts in the next two months on 700 units of a 3,000 unit retirement village project.
