‘Collective Health & Wellness’ will be located in Annerley Road Woolloongabba, 2km southeast of the CBD, and is directly across the road from the Mater Public and Private Hospitals and the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital and five minutes from the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Designed by Kris Kowalski Architects and billed as ‘Australia’s most advanced medical centre’, the development would feature a 70-bed aged care facility, 45 retirement living units, childcare centre and 876sq m of ground level retail space, plus over 7,678sqm of health care services including a day hospital inspired by the Mayo Clinics in the US.

The project will be split across two neighbouring towers, interlinked to one another – one housing health care and the other aged care and retirement living.

The development includes a 600sq m rooftop communal recreation space.

A full website is already up advertising for co-located health services.
