Liverpool Golf Club has decided to keep its senior beer drinkers and members close to home by carving off their 2.2 hectare driving range to build 100 to 150 homes for seniors living style retirement village. They will however sell them as house and land packages to members.

The scheme was developed in conjunction with the Not For Profit Mounties Group which owns seven clubs plus four holiday resorts.

Mounties is positioning itself as the ‘innovative club developer’ of choice with an emphasis on seniors living.
They are also guiding the trophy Harbord Diggers project on the ocean at Manly which will combine a new club and an 'intergenerational living development'.

It will be called Watermark Freshwater, with 97 one to three bedroom apartments. Check out the link; It is impressive.
