Local property investor and developer Lester Group has won approval to build the 8.3ha community – called Edenlife Australind (pictured) – at its Kingston residential estate – 12km northeast of Bunbury.

Edenlife is affordable, resort living for over 50’s where you own your own home but lease the land.

Amenities include a gymnasium, indoor pool, function room with dance floor, lounge area,  library, billiards,  bar, craft/activity rooms and outdoor entertainment areas with barbecues and full size lawn bowls.

Located in the heart of Australind residents have easy access to a multipurpose shopping precinct with specialty stores, food outlets, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and medical centre. The Leschenault Leisure Centre and Recreation Park Pavilion is located within the surrounding neighbourhood and recreational fishing, boating and the Bunbury Golf course are an easy drive.

Lester Group director Russell Lester says Edenlife  is just one of a number of communities that will be developed under the brand in prime locations around the metro and regional centres of WA.

The Australind community is expected to start construction early next year with the first residents due to move in late 2019.
