Leading village operator, Seasons, offers tailored care strategies for small and large villages.

Seasons CEO, Nick Loudon, has made aged care in villages work and now he is offering to make his care processes available to other village operators.

A multi-state village group is going over the strategy with Seasons now. It is on the back of these care models that Seasons has been able to grow its village customer base rapidly.

They ensure residents have continued access to care service funding, irrespective of ACAT assessments or availability of government care packages.

Envigor Care is the brand of their new service.

In addition to helping village operators develop and execute an aged care strategy, Envigor Seasons will deliver home care services under traditional packages and resident-funded care top ups.

While Seasons has its villages focused in Queensland, they can deliver home care to other villages nationally.

Loudon has also agreed with Telstra Health for Seasons to be a development partner, specifically to deliver comprehensive Chronic Disease Monitoring via a newly-built Telstra ICT and Telehealth platform.

He believes small and not-so-small operators could well like the idea of fast tracking their care strategy with far lower risk by taking advantage of Season’ experience.
