Retirement village veteran Kim Teudt has executed the purchase of the 91 unit Regency Park Village in Warwick (QLD). The sellers were Marcus Barlow and Edward Barber.

Teudt moved over from GM Retirement Living to GM Acquisitions and Business Growth 12 months ago with a mandate to grow the (Not for Profit) business. She intends for Warwick to be a significant care hub serving the region, with Churches of Christ offering community care, home care, rental accommodation and retirement living.
