Wollongong (100kl south of Sydney) based community Not For Profit village and care operator IRT has won planning approval for a $55 million retirement village complex in Wollongong CBD.
The eight story retirement village will have 75 lifestyle apartments, with construction to commence next year.
This development is on top of its QLD retirement village expansion and redevelopment of 30 year plus stock in its local area.
