HALCYON Greens, the $300 million community in Pimpana Queensland is getting into the Christmas spirit holding a Santa Fest open day on Saturday 15 December to reveal the latest Fairway Series display homes, which will be designed exclusively by Coco Republic.

Dr Bevan Geissmann Halcyon joint-managing director said the open day will include Christmas themed entertainment with arts and crafts, a giant snow globe photo booth, Christmas train rides, roaming carol singers and Santa himself and was encouraging the public to bring family and friends.

Visitors will have the opportunity to view the homes with interiors by the high-end designer and explore the $15 million Lifestyle and Recreation precinct which features two pools, gold class-style cinema, dance studio, massage room, games and craft rooms and the herb and vegetable garden.

“We’ll also have current home owners available to meet and greet guests and answer any questions they might have about living at Halcyon Greens,” Bevan said.

Santa Fest will be in full swing from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, December 15.

Guests can also enjoy a game of pickleball and bowls or relax with food and coffee from the food trucks and coffee van.

Located in Gainsborough Greens in Pimpama, on a spectacular 34-hectare island parcel surrounded by conservation wetland and the golf course, Halcyon Greens will comprise more than 500 homes.
