RetireAustralia is celebrating the completion of The Rise at Wood Glen’s three-bedroom, ground-floor display apartment at a special Open Day on March 20.

Due to welcome its first residents late this year the striking addition to Wood Glen Retirement Village at Erina is being promoted as showcasing a new standard of luxury retirement living on the NSW Central Coast.

RetireAustralia Development Manager Bill Clydesdale said “These homes provide a sense of light and space rarely seen in retirement living, together with clever floor plans and purpose-built features that will adapt to seniors’ changing needs in later life. The apartments are unique to the Central Coast, not only in size and luxury design but because of the uplifting views of the Erina valley that they offer.”

Designed by architects Marchese Partners, the project will feature 58 purpose-built two and three-bedroom independent living apartments over two separate stages.

Floor-to-ceiling glass will “bring the outside in’’, creating a connection with the environment and residents will enjoy access to Wood Glen’s wide range of exclusive community facilities, including a resort-style lodge, hairdressing salon, library, pool, spa, gymnasium, and bowls green.

Situated just over an hour’s drive from Sydney, Wood Glen is located close to shopping centres, local beaches and dining and entertainment options.

Prices start at $650,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
