WA greenfield developer Handle Property Group has formed a joint-venture with the Lakelands Country Club at Gnangara, 50 km north of Perth, to build the Lakelands Golfview Estate Retirement Village with a projected 200+ units.

This is Handle’s first village.

Clubs forming partnerships to develop existing land as retirement villages is an emerging trend.

Veteran village operator Maurice Tulich will discuss his joint project with Sydney's biggest club, Panthers at Penrith, at our LEADERS SUMMIT (10–11 March in Sydney). They are building a medium rise retirement village and a co-located aged care facility.

Also in Sydney the famous Harbord Diggers Club is creating a retirement village on its Freshwater coastal bluff with 270° water views. Check their website - http://www.watermarkfreshwater.com.au/club/. The pre-marketing and sales is being managed by Chris Rooke’s One Fell Swoop – Chris will also be speaking our LEADERS SUMMIT.
