The leading Not For Profit plans to redevelop its Lady Small Haven 170-unit retirement village and 107-bed aged care home on four hectares at Benowa.

The feasibility study is for a seniors campus with aged care, supported living units and retirement living apartments in low-rise buildings no more than six storeys high, and a community hub, allied health and retail.

Churches of Christ QLD now operates 23 retirement villages and 28 aged care services in QLD and VIC and CEO Dean Phelan (pictured) says a number of growth and acquisition projects and opportunities are in the pipeline for 2017 and beyond.
