South Australian intellectual disability Not For Profit, Minda, is building 294 retirement village apartments to fund the complete redevelopment of an absolute prestige beachfront at North Brighton (close to Adelaide CBD).

While their core business is not retirement villages, they are utilising their prime land bank to fund the total site which all up is valued at $260 million.

Stage II alone is made up of 19 buildings which will deliver 115 houses, units and apartments.

The tallest building at nine stories with panoramic ocean views will consist of 68 retirement living apartments.
Titled Brighton Dunes village, Stage 1 consisted entirely of retirement village units. Minda states the profit from that development is now funding Stage 11.
