Ciarán Foley, CEO of Allambie Heights Village Limited, is delighted the NSW Land and Environment Court has granted development approval for a new Over 55s retirement village to be built behind one of its existing retirement villages, William Charlton Village, 17.5km northeast of Sydney’s CBD.

“This is a great result after a very long process,” said Ciarán.

“This development represents additional growth and further diversification for our company. The design and presentation of the apartments are of the highest standards with outstanding views of Sydney’s City Skyline and beyond and located in beautiful surroundings.
