Rumours covered in the Financial Review state that Graeme Croft (pictured) and his sons are most likely to sell their development pipeline of 1,000 aged care beds to Archer Private Equity owned Allity.

The price reported is $275,000 per bed, which would equate to $275M. This compares to a price of $225K to $250K being generally regarded as the top rate.

Croft’s Innovative Care sold 10 care facilities with 1,114 beds to Bupa in 2012 for a reported $250M or $224K per bed.
