Ms Miles received the award at Leading Age Services Australia’s National Integrated Seniors Housing Conference on the Gold Coast last week.

LASA CEO Sean Rooney said Jessica's leadership “has created the positive, wonderful and vibrant community that Renaissance Retirement Village enjoys today”.

The LASA Retirement Village Manager of the Year Award aims to promote and recognise excellence across the retirement living industry celebrating the achievements of those individuals who continually maintain high standards within their retirement community.

Mr Rooney also congratulated joint runners up Jessica Madden, Manor Operations Manager, De Paul Manor Estate (Southport, QLD) and Genevieve Lee-Carroll, Village Coordinator, Leederville Gardens Estate (Leederville, WA).
