The largest residential home builder in the Newcastle region, north of Sydney, Yarrum Designer Homes, has formed Yarrum Living to aggressively build a retirement village portfolio. They state they will build a new village every two years across the Eastern Seaboard for the next decade.

The first is its 154-unit ‘Catalina Lake Macquarie’ and they are seeking an aged care development partner.
