RetireAustralia’s highly popular Glengara and Forresters Beach retirement villages have reported that an exclusive quantity of brand new villas in each community are now up for sale, following on from a remarkable 113 out of 117 villas being acquired by new residents in the past year.

Since March of 2016, 49 of 50 newly-built villas have sold at the 260-villa capacity Forresters Beach village, while just three of 67 new villas remain at the 314-villa capacity Glengara village.

The final four villas on offer comprise of one two-bedroom villa, and two three-bedroom villas ranging from $580,000 to $670,000 at Glengara, while the ever-popular Forresters Beach has a single two-bedroom villa for $575,000.

Glengara Village Manager Andrew Glover said he wasn’t surprised at how quickly the final new villas have sold. “Both villages offer the benefit of well-established communities, coupled with the rare opportunity to own a brand new, architecturally-designed home,” he said.

“Our residents enjoy a very high-quality lifestyle, and at the heart of that are the spacious, quality villas our villages offer.”
