Kingsley Lakeside Village was built in two stages with the Community centre and resort style facilities built as part of Stage one. The Village comprises both apartments and villas in two and three bedroom configurations and total 87 independent living units. The Village is owned by Kingsley Lakeside Village which is 100% owned by Rockingham Park Pty Ltd a major development and building company of some 30 years standing. Summit Realty which has also been heavily involved in the management, marketing and sales of group product have been the managers of Springfields Retirement Village for some 18 years and Kingsley Lakeside Village for some 12 years. The Village has been developed as independence living in a resort style environment with care services being provided on a user pays basis. The residents are active participants in Village affairs and have an annually appointed resident committee to represent residents at monthly management meetings. A very motivated Activities club ensure that residents remain active. Bowls, tennis, cards, pool comp, bingo and Tai Chi are activities all supported by residents.
