The Village is owned by Kingsley Lakeside Village which is 100% owned by Rockingham Park Pty Ltd a major development and building company of some 30 years standing. Summit Realty which has also been heavily involved in the management, marketing and sales of group product have been the managers of Springfields Retirement Village for some 18 years and Kingsley Lakeside Village for some 12 years. The Village has been developed as independence living in a resort style environment with care services being provided on a user pays basis.
