About this Property

Elements Retirement Living Springwood

The Community

The Elements journey began in 2003 when founder Ms Chiou See Anderson secured a parcel of land within the Daisy Hill Koala Habitat. Guided by a vision to create more than just a retirement village, she set out to build a community where residents could thrive, connect, and truly feel at home in their third age.

Today, Elements Retirement Living proudly encompasses two boutique retirement villages in Brisbane: Springwood and Con Noi Carindale. In March 2025, ownership of Elements transitioned from one family business to another.

Now owned by directors Bill Hunter and Chris Maley, they bring over 22 years of industry experience managing Laguna Retirement Estate in Noosaville. Son, Adam Hunter leads the operation of the Elements villages and continues the business's commitment to personalised care, strong community values, and high-quality retirement living.
