The community is owned and operated by Elements Third Age Living @ Springwood Pty Ltd as trustee for The Chiou See Investment Trust and as trustee for The Barclay Elements Trust.

The Elements retirement village and community @ Springwood will include 117 single story villas hidden amongst our spacious 48,100m2 of land.

The community includes a community / wellness centre, zen garden and close proximity to a range and diversity of shops, cafes, hospitals, golf courses, major shopping centres, local pubs and clubs, schools, places of worship, public transport and personal services and amentities.

The site where Elements is today was formerly the John Paul College playing fields and backs on to the Daisy Hill State Forest.
