The Operator

Aura Holdings is a specialist retirement living developer and operator in Queensland. Founded in 2016 by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor, Aura develops and manages medium to high end retirement communities typically in metropolitan areas.

Aura has owned sites at Corinda and Maroochydore and is pursuing several others in SE QLD locations.

These villages will be developed in partnership with the Australian Stock Exchange listed private equity firm, Blue Sky.

Prior to Aura Holdings, Tim and Mark founded and managed RetireAustralia, Australia’s largest privately owned operator of retirement villages in the country since 2005.
