Aura Holdings is a specialist retirement living developer and operator in Queensland. Founded in 2016 by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor, Aura develops and manages medium to high end retirement communities typically in metropolitan areas.

Aura has owned sites at Corinda and Maroochydore and is pursuing several others in SE QLD locations.
