The smell of homemade muffins and sweet songs of memories are just a small taste of the wonderful life on offer at BlueCare Carina Aged Care Facility.

Our home is filled with natural light, modern furnishings and much love and respect between staff and residents. Happy hour is a great way to meet new people. A 24/7 nostalgia radio service, Silver Memories, is plugged into every TV in the home, so you can listen to music from the 1920s to 1950s whenever you like. The service is designed to improve mental wellbeing.

Foodies can join cooking classes to make muffins and sourdough bread, and green thumbs can get busy planting in our garden boxes. Avid readers will enjoy the eclectic collection of books in the library. Live concerts, bingo and Brain Trainer are popular activities on the social calendar. Our special dress-up days are fun, with Daffodil Day always a favourite – don a yellow outfit and make a donation.

Our Memory Support Unit uses Montessori principles and doll therapy to support people living with dementia. The unit has its own garden boasting beautiful flowers and trees, and a shaded pergola.

We are centrally located, with Carindale and Cannon Hill shopping centres just a stone’s throw away. Our experienced staff offer 24-hour support and are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. Their passion for people will ensure you feel right at home in our family-like community.
