The living is easy at Blue Care’s Brassall retirement village, where affordability meets choice. Accommodation includes low-set, fully self-contained, one or two-bedroom, brick-and-tile units with covered parking, and self-contained serviced apartments where midday meals, cleaning and linen service are provided. Security is a priority, with our emergency response system, which is monitored 24 hours.

Brassall, collocated with a Blue Care residential aged care facility for additional peace of mind, offers a wide range of amenities, including organised social activities, a community room, indoor games, chapel, library and communal dining room. Home maintenance is included inside and out, along with rates and insurance, in a simple monthly charge. Pets are welcome, subject to approval.

Convenience and a carefree retirement are key at Brassall, which boasts wide-open spaces and gardens. Transport, retail and medical services are all nearby. The village is also close to Brassall Shopping Centre, and within easy reach of the Ipswich CBD and the Workshops Rail Museum, as well as local parklands.
