How does it work? We have negotiated with authorities approval for individual vacant village homes to be advertised on villages.com.au for a fixed fee of $200.00 +GST – until it sells. The operator will be invoiced on 30 day terms for the vacant listing and then the operator can recover the $200.00+GST from the sale settlement of the home.
This reimbursement to the operator of the $200.00 from the village home sale has been negotiated with the individual state resident associations exclusively with villages.com.au and confirmed by the relevant state departments. For more information contact [email protected].
Your village has full promotional functionality at no cost to the operator.

New Promotional Property Listings will be invoiced once only $1000.00+GST for 30 days payment as a credit against four future vacant listings – which the operator will then be reimbursed at time of sale settlement.
You will increase sales enquiries with a FREE Premium Property Listing, reaching more than 60,000 potential buyers every month with a high impact web page and priority in search results... an $1000.00+GST credit will get you started – to be repaid from vacancies listed – see opposite.
A premium property listing includes:
NOW you can have a FULL Aged Care Promotional Listing by listing ONE vacant bed for $200.00 + GST. You may choose to promote one bed type only – and that can be held for 12 months as a 'vacancy' which will ensure that your aged care facility retains its FULL Aged Care Promotional Listing.
If you have another type of bed (e.g. dementia) the fee is a second $200.00 + GST. It is up to you.
This service is ideal for the co-located facilities where you want to promote village vacancies and aged care vacancies in the same listing.
