Long term Retirement Village operators, the Martens family, have been directly involved in the Retirement industry for almost 30 years (in SA) through design, construction and management of the very successful Bartonvale Gardens Group in South Australia, which was sold to a major corporate operator in late 2007.
In 2012, the Martens family acquired The Elms Retirement Estate in Kilmore, Victoria and Langton Park in South Australia.
The Elms Estate, Langton Park and newly acquired Bridgewater Lake Retirement Estate in Roxburgh Park (VIC) are now operated under the Martens family’s new name ‘The Parks Villages’ with Managing Director, Ben Martens, actively involved in the running and future development of the villages, which he tackles with enthusiasm, experience, professionalism and unswerving commitment to ensuring The Parks Villages retirees fully enjoy the best years of their lives.
