Its administration is regulated by the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996. The village was originally developed by Lend Lease but their involvement ceased in 1998 when ownership was transferred to the residents.
Day to day management is carried out by the village manager and the office staff. You’ll find shopping a delight. As well as the convenience, charm and splendid array of specialty shops at the Wahroonga Village shopping village, Hornsby Westfield is just 2 km away. A weekly bus service is offered to Hornsby for a nominal fee.
