Newmarch House is located in the Nepean residential suburb of Kingswood, adjacent to Anglicare’s Caddens retirement living village. Since opening in 2012, the site has been welcomed in the community and is home to 102 residents. The innovative building design means residents have access to a range of recreational, social and health services within areas which encourages a neighbourhood feel.
Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, dementia-friendly spaces and respite and palliative care. The wide hallways, natural light and access to the outdoor terraces provides a relaxed atmosphere.
Newmarch House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.

Dining / Lounge areas: Each wing features an open-plan lounge and dining area with TV, kitchenette, and terrace access, plus a second lounge with books and games. A private room near the foyer is available for family events.
Outdoor areas: The large outdoor terrace has a shaded pergola and built-in BBQ. Each wing opens to a courtyard with raised garden beds and seating.
Hairdressing salon: Purpose-built hairdressing salon. Services include a fee.
Laundries: Laundry is done by staff at the on site commercial laundry. Each area has a fully-equipped laundry for resident use.
Clinic / Treatment rooms: Each wing has treatment rooms and a nurse’s station. The wellness centre has exercise, physiotherapy equipment and consultation rooms (fees apply).
