Barry Marsh House is located in Sydney’s south-west in the suburb of Oran Park. On-site with our well-established retirement village, Barry Marsh House provides accommodation for 80 residents. The attractive setting and expansive outdoor areas create many peaceful areas for residents to sit and stroll.

Common areas

• Café: Located in the lobby area, near the lounge with open fire. Services include a fee.

• Activities room / Chapel: Located on the ground floor. Equipped with audio-visual system.

• Dining areas: Each area has its own kitchen and dining space. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Accessible toilet with call button is close by.

• Hairdressing salon: Purpose built salon on level 2. Services include a fee.

• Laundries: Laundry is done by staff at the on-site commercial laundry. Each area has a fully-equipped laundry for resident use.

• Lounge and sitting areas: Each area has its own lounge with large flat-screen TV, magazines, books, and smaller sitting areas.

• Outdoor areas: Each area has several outdoor terrace areas with access to gardens and walking paths.

• Physiotherapy: Located on the second floor.
