Parkside, Retirement Village, Yamba

Hometown Australia is pleased to announce that on 26th October 2022 we received approval for our Development Application for Parkside located at 8 Park Avenue, Yamba, comprising 136 dwelling-sites, residential facilities, infrastructure and an exhibition home.

We will now proceed with the preparation of Construction Certificate documentation in accordance with DA conditions and in consultation with the Principal Certifying Authority. The construction will commence once the construction certificate has been issued.
