Hakea Grove is a 150 bed newly-built home providing permanent residential and respite care. Our dementia specific care is provided in our memory care unit "Topaz".

We strive to deliver a high standard of person centred care to all our residents in a home-like environment.

We offer 24 hour nursing, and onsite Nurse Practitioner, Allied Health Services and varied lifestyle activities.
