Onsite with our Gordon Quarter Retirement Village, the grounds include heritage-listed buildings that reflect the rich history of the estate. Situated amongst natural bushland and the quiet, leafy streets the home creates a peaceful environment for residents and features pleasant outdoor terraces and extensive greenery. This beautifully designed home has accommodation for 107 residents all with their own private room and ensuite.

Common areas
Café: The Gowrie Café is located in the lobby area on level 2. Services include a fee.
Activities room / Chapel: On Level 2 near the café, the Bertie Lloyd Chapel and multipurpose room can be combined for larger events. Equipped with AV system, they have access to a large terrace with BBQ’s. Each level includes an activities room with sink, cabinetry,and partitions for privacy.
Dining areas / Resident kitchen: Each level includes a light filled kitchen and dining area, accessible toilet, and self-serve resident kitchen. Private spaces are available to book for family functions.
Lounge and sitting areas: Each level has one main lounge area with a large flatscreen TV and smaller sitting spaces with magazines, books and DVDs.
Outdoor areas: Level 1 has two enclosed courtyards with park benches and raised garden beds. The level 2 terrace has BBQ facilities. There are landscaped gardens and walking paths. The level 3 terrace has BBQ facilities and raised garden beds.
Hairdressing salon: Located on level 2. Services include a fee.
Laundries: Laundry is done by staff at the on site commercial laundry. Each area has a fully-equipped laundry for resident use.
Wellness Centre: Features a treadmill, recumbent bike, active passive trainer and physiotherapy tools such as an electric bed and elastic-band wall.
