Dorothy Boyt House is located in the beachside suburb of Malabar. A well-established home, Dorothy Boyt House originally opened in 1973 but has since been completely rebuilt and is now home to a friendly community of 62 residents. The outdoor spaces on the top level have views overlooking the beach and surrounding greenery.

Constructed over two levels, person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, in top level rooms, care within dedicated groups and open-plan spaces. The village bus is available for outings and shopping trips for residents to maintain their independence.

• Activities room/Chapel: Located on ground level with kitchenette. Accessible bathrooms with call buttons nearby. 

• Dining areas: Located on each level. Level 1 has a private dining room which can be booked for family functions.

• Lounge and sitting areas: Lounge area on both levels. Level 1 has additional sitting areas.

• Outdoor areas: Large verandas are on both floors accessed from common areas.

• Hairdressing salon: Fully-equipped salon located on ground level. Services include a fee.
