In-home health & wellness
At Southern Plus, we offer you all the in-home help you need to continue living life to the full. This could just be having someone pick up your groceries from the local shops; assisting with preparing your meals; or simply helping you get the house ready for that treasured family visit.
You can choose as few or as many of our services as you like from Health, Wellness (Out and about or Inside Your Home) or Respite services. We even offer one-to-one health and wellness planning and support.
Southern Plus is an accredited services provider in Western Australia, offering a range of services through government-funded care, via Home Care Packages and Home and Community Care (HACC) or self-funded private services.
