Like the Jasmine, it also features a study nook that we can offer as an extra storage option if you prefer, and if you are buying prior to build. As with all our Platinum Range homes, the Kingston has a formal entry hall, which provides more privacy at your front door. The kitchen is spacious and features a very large walk-in pantry. The largest of our designs at Toowoomba Fairways, the Nelson comprises three bedrooms and a large study located at the front of the home. It is the only home with the main bedroom at the rear of the home, overlooking and opening out onto your huge undercover alfresco. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards with  the main bedroom featuring a spacious walk-in robe and full ensuite with a separate toilet. This option sacrifices the third bedroom but provides for a multi-purpose room adjoining the main living areas and opens out onto the large undercover alfresco, offering great flexibility and turning the home into an entertainer’s dream.
