The Village has been developed as independence living in a resort style environment with care services being provided on a user pays basis. The residents are active participants in Village affairs and have an annually appointed resident committee to represent residents at monthly management meetings. A very motivated Activities club ensure that residents remain active. Bowls, tennis, cards, pool comp, bingo and Tai Chi are activities all supported by residents. Read what our residents say…… “We have been residents in the village for just over 7 years. Our experience has validated the impressions we first received when talking with Management and Residents. There is a great feeling of community and care and most residents are able to develop at least a first name relationship. This is possible because of the smaller number of homes, and the facilities are excellent. We particularly enjoy the people, closeness of shops, medical centres and public transport. If you are a walker the surrounds of the lake present a great experience.” – Le and Marion Donaldson.
