The new facility at Thornton Park in Penrith will be home to 48 retirement living units and a 104-bed aged care home, as well as provide home care services to residents and the wider community.
Allied health care services will also be built on-site.
It is just one of several projects Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT has in the pipeline.
