Lands Minister Rita Saffiot said the development will ensure residents enjoy the benefits of a vibrant, connected community with established amenities on their doorstep and allow them to remain connected to their established social and family networks.

The development takes to $500 million-plus aged-care development and expansion in Perth.

Building is to start in 2020 with a 2024 finish.
