Now the leading consultancy and marketing agency One Fell Swoop is offering dementia audits for villages, with the support of Alzheimer’s Australia NSW.

OFS Director, Ageing & Living, Dr Andrew Fleming (pictured), conducts a site visit and reviews the physical environment plus reviews policies and procedures. He also conducts focus groups with staff, residents and families.

He was previously Care Governance, Research and Planning Manager at Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT).

Minter Ellison advises all village operators to get in early to establish policies and procedures to safeguard against family lawsuits and to protect against employee claims.
