Over the first three weeks over 100 villages have signed up to the Resistar Rating Program being implemented by McCrindle Baynes, a joint venture between McCrindle Research and ourselves at DoComeMonday Media.
RetireAustralia, the country’s fourth largest village operator, is the latest to commit.
Resistar is an independent resident research program that delivers three outcomes. First is a 5 star rating combined with an NPS score for each individual village that can be used in village digital and other marketing. The Resistar rating will be featured extensively on villages.com.au and agedcare101.
An NPS score will also be developed for the sector based on the breadth of the overall Resistar server.
