Masonic Care is now welcoming expressions of interest for their latest retirement village development, Corinthian Court Village in Kingsley, Western Australia.

Enquiries are open for stage three of the development, which consists of twelve newly released homes prepared for new residents to move in in early March. Each home boasts a seven-star energy efficiency rating and adaptable housing design, courtesy of bespoke individual designs.

The new homes promise delivering a new age of retirement living. Designs incorporate vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere. All units are strategically built around a landscaped village green with a gazebo and connecting pathways to the communal amenities within Corinthian Court Village.

Masonic Care Chief Executive Officer Marie-Louise MacDonald said the provider is in tune with today’s retirees who are looking for something different in their choice of retirement living options.

“They want modern, sophisticated and tasteful homes that are roomy enough for when the family comes to visit, but easy to maintain,” she said.

“A lot of thought has gone into the detail and design of these homes to ensure they are what the market is seeking. We are very proud and excited to be delivering such a wonderfully unique product to the retirement market.”

Corinthian Court Village is comprised of independent living homes with a range of communal facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, library, bowling green, gym, a men’s shed/workshop, community clubhouse for social activities and barbecue area.

Stage three homes are a range of two-bedroom, one-bathroom homes with a powder room and single garage, as well as homes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study and a double garage.

All homes at Corinthian Court Village have LED lighting, ceiling fans to key areas, photovoltaic panels and solar hot water system with a gas booster, water saving fittings and an insulated ceiling.

Wooden flooring, Q-stone benchtops and split-system air-conditioning to the master bedroom and living areas are just a few of the many attractive features, as well as kitchens with plenty of drawers, overhead cupboards, spacious island benchtops in some, a dishwasher and other Bosch appliances.

All villas are fitted with external security doors, remote controlled garage doors, a security alarm emergency call system and an intercom.

Those with interest would also be pleased to know small pets are permitted on approval and the village also has caravan parking subject to availability.
