Lutheran Homes Group was formed in 2022 when LHI Retirement Services and Fullarton Lutheran Homes came together, united by shared values and a commitment to high-quality care.
This marked the beginning of our journey, and today we provide services to over 2,000 residents, supported by a dedicated team of 1,300 staff and volunteers.
Our new organisational structure enables the sustainable continuation of Lutheran aged care across South Australia and Victoria. With a bold vision for the future, Lutheran Homes Group will continue to redefine aged care, setting new standards and delivering excellence.
