Welcome to Novacare Busselton Village, a prestige gated seniors' living community located in the perfect Geographe Bay location of South Western Australia.

In 2001 we set out to create a unique Seniors' Living community that we and our residents would both be proud of. Now completed With 178 beautiful homes and extensive luxury lifestyle facilities, we all feel that we have achieved this goal with Novacare Busselton Village.

Spreading over 8.1 hectares, our village includes its own private cinema, cafe, restaurant, professional stage and auditorium, plus bowling green, heated swimming pool, sauna and spa, craft room, workshop plus extensive outdoor facilities.

Our location is unique, an easy walk to the local shops and just 500 metres to the white sand beaches of Geographe Bay. Busselton is sophisticated but laidback, offering wonderful cafes, restaurants, craft stores, shopping and first rate medical services including a new $120m hospital currently under construction.

Importantly, the 140 bed Aegis Ellenvale low and high residential aged care facility is located in Broadwater adjacent to Novacare Village. Ellenvale was completed in February 2014 and provides the very best residential aged care services available in the south west of WA.
