Originally built by the St Mary's Parish and later transitioned to the Parramatta Diocese, Emmaus Village shares a 100-acre site with Emmaus Secondary College and Trinity Primary School.

There are 23 self-care units that provide independent living, with a choice of spacious one, two or three bedrooms designs. Emmaus Village also comprises a 64-bed hostel. On-site care is available 24 hours a day to all self-care residents through vital emergency call buttons.
