Sydney’s largest village operator wants to build the 79-bed aged care facility and 80 single-storey two- and three-bedroom units on 7.7 hectares near its Glenhaven Green village on Old Northern Road in Sydney’s Hills District, 33km from the CBD.

The plan is currently before the Sydney North Planning Panel.

The non-profit organisation acquired the site over 10 years ago with design development commenced in 2015.

According to Grant Millard, Anglicare CEO, the organisation is committed to the concept of “continuum of care” with most of their projects co-locating villages with aged care and home services Anglicare at Home to give people peace of mind and a sense of security for the future.
